Mentors and trained adult volunteers help create safe, structured leadership experiences for Esquires.
Complete training
Finish the ELMP Mentor Training Academy requirements.
Submit screening information
Upload the certificate and complete the NSOPW and reference process.
Receive role approval
Program staff confirms the approved role after all requirements are reviewed.
